It can be as simple as lighting a candle at noon, sitting in silent meditation, or through personal acts of kindness."
I'm afraid the extent of my participation in this lovely day will be a little peaceful meditation as I knit a prayer shawl while spending the day with John at a Philadelphia hospital...And I'll definitely be creating peace inspired works (like the one above) as the holidays approach.
